A Visit from Nana and Papa Valiquette

Finally, Nana and Papa made it here! I think everyone was anxiously awaiting the visit. The girls had so much fun with the grandparents. The visit started last Wednesday afternoon. We spent most of Wednesday and Thursday just hanging out. Lance took Friday off, and we ventured to a local apple orchard. It was a beautiful day to be outside and we came home with lots of goodies. Unfortunately, Lance and I were pretty miserable with colds by the time Saturday came around. We are so thankful that Anne and Art were here to help with the girls. It was extremely disappointing though, because we had some fun things planned that we didn't get to do. What a bummer way to end the visit! We were able to spend a little time together Sunday morning before they had to catch their plane. It was awesome having them here and look forward to their next visit. I know the girls miss their Nana and Papa already.
