Well, I guess I should start with our Labor Day weekend. We didn't do much. The weather was beautiful, so we went on a lot of walks and took Reggie to the dog park a couple of times. We also ventured to a local mall to continue our annual tradition of getting pictures taken in a photo booth. It was definitely challenging to fit all four of us in that little booth, but we did manage to get a couple good pictures. We went to our last car show of the year last night, which is a little sad. It seemed to give us something to do on Friday nights, and we often made a stop at a cookie or ice cream vendor for a little dessert. I am taking the girls and Reggie up to Duluth on Wednesday while Lance is on the road for work. Other than that, we don't have much going on. We are looking forward to our little vacation to North Dakota in a couple of weeks and are excited for a visit from Lance's parents shortly after that. Baby developments: Breanne has her two front bottom teeth now. Claire is still working on her first, but it should be here very soon. Breanne is officially crawling. She enjoys chasing Reggie and following me around the house. Claire has found a form of the army crawl to be sufficient enough to get her around for now. Breanne is able to get into the sitting position on her own now as well. The girls felt raindrops for the first time when we got caught in the rain during a walk last week. They didn't seem to mind it. We are continuing to introduce them to new foods. They have tried noodles, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, and apples. They have also found a new favorite activity of drinking out of a cups. Whenever I am drinking a glass of water, they want it. They now have some
sippie cups of their very own. I have to say that the girls have had a great week of sleep. Our best night sleep on record was Thursday night. They went to sleep at about 9:30 and didn't make a peep until about 7:00 the next morning. Hopefully this will be a new trend. Below is a picture of the girls at the car show last night. They sure love their walks!
