Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope you all had a wonderful and safe holiday. My parents came from Duluth, and we were able to use a lot of the awesome wedding gifts we got for the first time (like the crystal, special silverware, turkey roaster, serving platters, etc.) It was great! I don't think we have ever had so much food in our house. My mom and I were both sick with colds, so that kept things pretty mellow. Unfortunately we couldn't even enjoy the wonderful wine I had bought. However, It was also a lot of fun to show my parents all of the work that we have done on the house since they were here last. They left Saturday to visit Pat, Tyler, and Kristal in Green Bay. Lance and I stayed here and got a jump start on our Christmas shopping. Even Janesville's really lame mall managed to be a zoo. Lance's work schedule has been changed, and he is now going to be in White Pigeon, MI through the end of December. He will be able to get home on most weekends, but he is also trying to fit in some more wrestling tournaments. He was disappointed in how his first tournament turned out, but he is excited for the next one. The tournament that he attended a couple of weeks ago was very poorly organized. He wrestled one match in the morning, which he lost 9-0. He got frustrated when it got to be 3:00 and he had not wrestled another match, and the school was having some technical difficulties. So, he just left. His next tournament is this upcoming weekend. Hopefully this tournament will go better than the last. Then he will be meeting up with me and my coworkers for our Christmas party.
