Meeting Smokey

I found this Groupon for a "Pony Experience for Two" in Newberg (about 25 minutes from home). Since the girls absolutely LOVE animals (especially horses, cats, and dogs) Lance and I couldn't resist getting it.  We went to this ranch on Memorial Day, and I think all of us (including Nana and Papa Valiquette) had a great time.  The girls got to help groom their pony, Smokey, and then they got to ride him and give him a treat before saying goodbye.  The girls keep asking to go back, so I doubt we've seen the last of Smokey.
