Spring is in the Air

I think that the good weather is finally here to stay. We have definitely been busy with spring cleaning in hopes to sell our house. We have had 7 showings since it was put on the market, but no serious buyers yet. Hopefully the open house next weekend will be successful. Lance has just accepted a position in White Bear Lake, MN (Suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul) with the company that he works for. He starts there next Monday. We will be renting an apartment just miles from his work. There is a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a fenced dog area. We hope those perks will make it a little easier to adjust to apartment life. I will be staying in Janesville until the end of May. Overall, we are both excited about the upcoming changes and are crossing our fingers for a quick sale on the house.
