Work, Work, Work

Lance has now been working at his new job for one month, and really seems to be enjoying it. He came home the first day with a box of books to read and has to write an essay each week talking about what he learned. So, he is definitely keeping busy and learning a lot. He has started to travel to other plants, which makes for some long and lonely weeks for me. I just accepted a job as a receptionist/assistant at a small chiropractor office in town. I look forward to spending my day around people (Reggie just doesn't always satisfy my socialization needs) and the paychecks. During our spare time we are still managing to find projects around the house. We just built new front stairs last weekend, and there is still some painting and small detail work to be done inside. We will probably get the house just the way we want it, and then we will have to move! Reggie also demands our time. We go out on a lot of walks, take him to the puppy park, and have just started obedience classes. He seems to learn quickly and is always a good source of entertainment.
